The Wiima N 202 is the articulated sister of the K 202. Being 18 metres long it is quite a giant in the narrow streets of Helsinki, but it is actually more agile than its sister, due to its self-steering rear axle and the shorter distance between the front axles. This bus can carry over a hundred people, so its popularity is no surprise. It is also very long-lived with the oldest ones in use dating from 1985 and production continuing into the early nineties.
The comfort of this bus is at the same basic level as its sister. Age is already showing, but this bus is still unsurpassed in passenger capacity apart for the two articulated City Us used by HKL. On many routes this model has been replaced by busses fitted with bogie axles, but no replacement has been found for high-capacity late-night routes.
